Afolake Adewumi is board certified, advanced practice provider who is passionate about providing quality, safe, and holistic care to clients across the lifespan. Afolake provides psychiatric diagnostic evaluation and on-going psychiatric care for patients of all ages. With her experience working in various care settings (inpatient, transitional, and outpatient populations) and a background in health and wellness coaching, Afolake, listens to help identify and prioritize the unique needs of each client. Afolake works collaboratively with the client, their families, and other care team members to develop a treatment plan that effectively targets and addresses the client’s needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, as well as traveling.
