Parenting a neurodivergent child can be both rewarding and challenging. At Plymouth Psych Group, our Parent Support Group provides a compassionate space for parents and caregivers to connect, share experiences, and support one another through the ups and downs of parenting children with ADHD, ASD, and related conditions.
This monthly group offers:
- A space to share experiences, successes, and challenges with fellow parents and caregivers.
- Strategies to support your child's development at home, school, and beyond
- Learn about how ADHD, ASD, and the neurodivergent brain works to better understand and support your child.
- Community building with others who understand your journey
- Resources and self-care techniques to support your well-being
Starting Wednesday, April 30th, sessions will be held on the last Wednesday of each month from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, led by Amanda Richardson, DNP.
From 5:00PM- 5:30PM is time to socialize and eat any food that you bring. Formal group programming will start at 5:30 pm
Location: 9655 Schmidt Lake Rd, Suite #150, Plymouth, MN.
