It's a very convenient easy to use system and I'm glad for the opportunity to seek help this way. I do think they should have an option to reach out to the providers about new meds, side effects, thoughts etc so that the next time we meet with them, we have somewhere to begin. But overall I like it.

The experience I've had over the past year has been remarkable. The time and energy Afolake has put into helping me with my illness has been tremendous. I can't thank her enough for being here for me and getting me through the most difficult times in my life. I don't know how I would have made it this far without her. I have been coming to Plymouth Psych for a little over a year. Dr Tuenis has helped me not just with medication management, but she goes out of her way to understand me. Coming from years where doctors saw me for less than 10 minutes, gave me their blessing, and sent me on my way, such an impersonal method is not found at Plymouth Psych. Dr. Tuenis has provided me with the right therapy, and I will say it has been a help in areas of trauma and understanding myself to be a better person, and continues to be. I can share my vulnerabilities and come out feeling safe with my team. She has also supplied me with books to consider reading allowing further education. When Covid 19 first hit, she gave me a series of websites covering museums and art galleries to make the days go by. I feel she has a way of reading and understanding people to where she can find ways to inspire their interests. She likes to work with medication on a slow basis as it can be overwhelming starting, increasing, or discontinuing.
This says a lot about Plymouth Psych if they are able to have such services. I give the organization five stars based on my experiences, but also because they seem like a new method of psychological services. They are holistic in terms of care, compassion and knowledge. Thank you so far!

Since I became a patient for a year, I have had nothing but good experience with Plymouth Psych Group.
